What is BATTLE WORN STYLE?
We print our designs in our signature 'Battle Worn' style, this means they have Slightly Distressed Artwork, with a Super Soft and Comfortable Feel. They're just like your 'Old Faithful' Tour T-Shirts, that you've never had the heart to bin.

You can buy from Veterans, knowing that our gear is guaranteed for normal wear/tear and defects in manufacturing. So, if you are not completely satisfied, we will provide a refund or exchange on any item within 30 day’s receipt of purchase. Please see the returns procedure below.

What if I am lucky enough to have a Discount Code?

What Is Your Production Lead Time?
Everything we produce is Made to Order, and we truly value each and every order we receive. Our team works hard to ensure your items are created with care and quality, and we always aim to complete production within 2–4 working days.
During especially busy times or promotional periods, it may take a little longer — but please know that we’re doing our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
While your order is being made, the status will appear as 'Awaiting Fulfilment' or 'Order Confirmed'. Once it's completed and passed quality control, the status will update to 'Shipped', and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

How will you ship my order?
Once your item is completed your orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so don’t forget to add your phone number and email to your order, so that we can automatically forward you your tracking details.

Do you ship Internationally and what’s the timeline to arrive?
Yes, we ship Internationally daily! EU should arrive within 3-5 working days and other ROW destinations within 4-10 working days. We use International Signed For which requires a signature on delivery.
Please note: When you buy online from another country/outside of the EU, VAT must also be paid, just as if you ordered goods that are already located within your country/EU, we do not collect these on our side. Therefore your postal operator or courier may collect the VAT from you on delivery along with any duties owed.

Recently got my old alpha hoodie and once again all I can say is wow totally buzzing with it have a few of the t shirts from you guys and love them I'm not a military man but my grandad who raised me was in the military and to honour and keep his memory alive I wear your clothing thank you to all the lad's and lasses that for your service respect to you all Mr j long (1000% recommended these clothes)

I already have 2 hoodies infantry and zro fks . Both in 5 xl they both fit well, on the new old alpha 5xl is now longer this is fantastic. More coverage for us fuller figured guys . I like it that much I have 2 more on order. Great work guys
