RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

SWAP OUTS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a swap out.

Any item not in its original condition that is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be swapped out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If  your order is eligible and you need to swap out no drama, ship back your order to the address below (tracked or proof of postage advisable) and be sure to include your swap out requirements on the Original Force Wear Invoice.

If you do not have the invoice, please write it on a note with your name and address on it and send it to: Force Wear, 8 The Courtyard, Bourne End, SL8 5AU.

Please note we go up to 3XL in all colours, from 4XL upwards the colours available are Red, Black, Navy, Urban Blue, White and PT Grey and you will need to advise us the colour you require.

REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected and if approved, then your refund will be processed and you will receive notification that we have processed your refund.

 A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 7 days by your bank.
