At Force Wear, we try to keep things simple. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.


Swap Outs (Exchanges)

  • You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a swap. After that, we can’t offer exchanges.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and where possible in the original packaging.

  • We can’t swap out items that:

    • Are damaged through misuse (not our error).

    • Are returned after the 30-day window.

  • How to swap:

    1. Send your item/s back to:
      Force Wear, 8 The Courtyard, Bourne End, SL8 5AU

    2. Use tracked shipping or keep proof of postage – just to be safe.

    3. Include your Force Wear invoice with your swap request written on it.

      • No invoice? No problem. Write a note with your name, address, and what you’d like instead.


Refunds

  • Same rules apply: you’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

  • Send the item/s to the same address as above.

  • Once we’ve received and checked your return:

    • If it’s approved, your refund will be processed, excluding shipping cost.

    • Funds will be sent back to your original payment method.

    • Most banks take up to 7 days to show it in your account.

If you’ve waited longer than that and nothing’s landed, get in touch with Customer Support using the email you used to place your order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards can’t be refunded or swapped.
