Everything that leaves our factory is 'Made To Order'. We aim for under 2 working days production time, but this can be longer during promotions/sales. During the production time, your order status will show as 'awaiting fulfilment'. Once your order has been produced and fulfilled, your order status will change from 'awaiting fulfilment' to 'shipped'. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
