Force Wear Prevention Policy For Covid -19

What protective measures are being taken to ensure online deliveries are handled safely? Is my online delivery safe to receive? 

All online orders are being processed at our business unit, where we can ensure that we are minimising the number of employees in work and practise the highest standards in social distancing. We have brought in additional measures to ensure social distancing at our business unit, and to protect the health and safety of all employees. 

Working with our Courier Services

We have been working closely with our external courier services which is Royal Mail to keep up to date with extra precautions that have been introduced. Our courier services are stringently following government advice, communicating health and safety guidelines with their employees.

Will my online order still arrive on time? 

To keep our employees safe, we are working at a reduced workforce capacity. Therefore, due to extended processing, your delivery may take longer to get to you than usual.  Once your order has been manufactured bespoke for you, your order will be shipped Tracked 24 by Royal Mail.

We are working hard to minimise disruption to our online delivery service and we deeply apologise for any inconvenience. 

I have an item from Force Wear that I need to return

To support the current restrictions in place due to Covid-19 our 30 days return policy has been extended.

If you return an order within 90 days of it being dispatched and require a swap out on unworn and unwashed clothing then ship back your order to the address below (tracked or proof of postage advisable) and be sure to include your swap out requirements on the Original Force Wear Invoice.
